My Cheerful & Colorful Farmhouse Kitchen
Taking you on a tour, complete with a look at my tea towel collection
To paraphrase Henry Tilney, “The person, be it gentleman or lady, who has not pleasure in a good tea towel, must be intolerably stupid.” 💁🏻♀️ …okay, I guess the original reads a lot better. 😂 I have Northanger Abbey on the brain because I just finished The Mysteries of Udolpho for Febregency - it was so good!
But if you do happen to enjoy a cheerful tea towel and colorful kitchenware then you are in luck, because this week I finally filmed a kitchen tour at my farmhouse.
If you’ve watched my monthly reading vlogs, you’ve seen bits and pieces of it already. There are plenty of tea pots as well as pretty mugs and tea towels. I love collecting things like that when I travel. It’s so fun to pull out a towel and remember buying it in France or to fill up a tea pot I first discovered in a shop in England or Epcot.
Speaking of tea, I’ve almost run out of the supply I ordered from Fortnum & Mason a year ago. I’m trying to decide if I should do another order from somewhere special…if you all have any tea suggestions, leave them in the comments below!
